This mindfulness week is intended for people who stutter who have an interest in mindfulness/meditation (Their partners are welcome too).

Our intention is to provide you with an opportunity to spend a number of hours each day engaging in a variety of mindfulness-based practices in a conducive (and beautiful) environment, together with a group of individuals who share similar interests.

During the week, we will provide all meals and accommodation; a meditation venue; and a daily programme of meditation, mindful walks and related activities in the surrounding area.

The afternoons and evenings will afford excellent opportunities for participants to share their experiences and discuss the topics and issues that are of interest to the group.

All meditations, mindfulness-based activities, walks and discussions are completely optional and it is up to you to decide which ones you would like to engage in.
